Our history
ISIDRO LABRÁ is our brand inspired by San Isidro Labrador and a tribute to my father's devotion to the patron saint of the harvest.
Our family maintains a respect and love for nature that has transcended several generations. White asparagus, avocados, passion fruit, and artichoke are some of the products that the family has cultivated over the last 40 years. Thus, in 2016, we founded ASIL, a Peruvian company dedicated to the agricultural production of organic fine-aroma cocoa.
Our plantations are located in the middle of the Peruvian jungle, very close to the beautiful city of Tarapoto in the department of San Martin, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes and wildlife.
At ASIL, we are focused on producing the best cocoa, in a fair and environmentally responsible manner, as well as with the families who work in ASIL's fields and depend on our production.
As farmers, we offer high-quality, high-nutrition products and inputs directly from our fields for chocolate, pastry, and general inputs for the production of cocoa-derived foods, all under strict international quality standards.

Our philosophy
Natural ingredients
All our beans come from responsibly and sustainably farmed fields and are naturally fermented and dried in the field right after harvest.
Ecological
We are mindful of our impact on the world, especially on the families who depend on everything we do.
Made fresh
Every day, at dawn, we start again.
Family traditions
Our relationship with nature and the countryside are also family stories.
